This configuration enables you to offer your customers an easy to use subscription based online booking experience.

The addition of the subscription module enables you to offer annual, quarterly and monthly subscriptions. Pro-rata subscriptions are automatically calculated for customers joining during a subscription period.

This intuitive booking facility encourages your customers to engage with your business and want to make a booking. Each of your customers accesses their own account through a personalised front end, where they can manage their personal information, including medical conditions and emergency contact details if required. You can brand your customer booking front end with your logo and corporate colours to provide a seamless experience should you choose to integrate it into your website using the links provided.

All email communications sent from the system can also be branded to ensure consistency throughout the entire customer engagement. Customers can receive reminders for their bookings and you can choose to be notified when a customer makes, changes or cancels a booking.

Managing your activity line-up and customer accounts is straightforward using our administrators interactive dashboard. Core system plus online payments, membership and rentals - £180 per month

This configuration enables online payments and adds the membership and rental modules to generate additional revenue opportunities.

Both rolling and fixed annual membership models are supported together with pro-rata payments for people who buy membership during a membership period. Membership specific pricing on activities and rentals, coupled with members only activities and priority booking, come together to make your members feel valued. Additionally, your customers experience is enhanced to provide them with membership management and membership package options through their personalised interface.

Equipment rentals can provide a strong addition to your customer offering and provide an excellent source of incremental revenue. Able to manage assets across multiple sites, our rentals module is specifically designed to provide flexible rental options to your customers, whilst at the same time giving you the tools to track and manage your stock. Expensive assets such as boats, boards, bikes, etc can be assigned to individuals and tracked, whilst other less expensive items can be assigned to people attending activities without tracking, the choice is yours. Stock levels can be monitored and the system will let you know when demand is getting close to exhausting available stock. It can also help ensure you don't take bookings you can't currently fulfil with your existing stock. Membership specific pricing for rental equipment is also available if the membership module is active.

Our online transaction processing including purchases and credits, coupled with the ability to manage refunds, means you always have your finger on the pulse.

This configuration enables online payments and adds the staff management and onsite check-in modules ensuring that your staff are where they need to be for your customers at all times.

Managing full time and part time staff efficiently across your business can make a big difference to your customer experience as well as ensuring that your business runs smoothly. Our staff management module is fully integrated into the activity planner and provides you the ability to set staff shifts and assign staff to activities based on their availability as well as on their skills and qualifications. Each staff member can have their own login to view their shifts and assignments as well as update their availability if required.  

When your customers arrive for an activity, providing an easy check-in facility creates a good first impression. Our onsite manager module gives staff a no nonsense screen showing the activities on a given date and expected attendees to check-in. Quick access to each attendees medical notes and emergency contact details is available if needed. Support for attendee wrist bands or other forms of identification endorses the safety considerations of this module. If required, this module can have its own login so that personnel overseeing the check-in process cannot access the rest of the system.
